To the Editor:

I'm writing to the editor in regards to the sudden and devastating passing of Steve Fillion, owner of Gold World on Cranberry Highway.

I was a long time customer of his who purchased many beautiful pieces of jewelry, mostly sterling silver, which is my favorite! 

Steve was the most kind, respectful and compassionate person I have met in a very long time. Steve always went the extra mile for anything I wanted to order which is too long to list! He really treated me like "Gold". I will miss him greatly and will think of him often.

All I have to do is just look at all the jewelry that I wear every day and I'm constantly reminded of him!! Steve's passing is a huge loss for the town of Wareham.

My deepest sympathies go out to the entire Fillion family during this difficult time.
