The Council on Aging met with law enforcement last week as part of TRIAD, a partnership between District Attorney Tim Cruz, public safety leaders and senior organizations. The partnership aims to improve senior safety through programs including daily check-in calls to seniors living independently, sharing alerts related to emergencies, and File for Life — a mini medical history to be put on the refrigerator for first responders to reference in case of emergency.
