The Readers Become Leaders 13th annual 5K Run/Walk will be held Oct. 16 starting at noon at Minot Forest School.

Costumed readers will line the course to entertain participants. Runners and walkers will vote to select the top three entertainment stations. The race begins and ends at Minot Forest School. There is a $100 cash prize for the top male and female runners.

Entry fee is $25 for adults until Oct. 6. After that the entry fee is $30. Students pay $20 until Oct. 6 and $25 after that date. Make checks payable to: WMS/RBL.
