On Thursday, Nov. 14 at 6:55 a.m., Officer Scott Cowan arrested Cedric Andrews II, 38, of East Falmouth at an address on High Street for an active warrant.

Later, at 11:14 a.m. Officer Cowan went to Walmart to investigate a shoplifting incident in which three people had already fled the area. Officer Cowan identified two Wareham residents and an Easton resident as suspects. The three will be summoned to court for shoplifting.
