On Tuesday, May 28, at about 9:30 p.m. Officers Matthew Donovan and Christopher Corner arrested Antonio Chaves, 33, of Taunton, on Minot Avenue. Mr. Chaves had an active warrant for his arrest.

On Wednesday, at about 9:45 p.m., Officer Ryan Turner arrested Codey Murphy, 23, at 22 Tomahawk Drive. Officer Turner saw Murphy standing in front of his home and was aware of an active warrant for his arrest. He was placed in custody without incident and transported to police headquarters for processing.  Police noted that Murphy was arrested by the department on Tuesday, May 21, for distributing a class “A” substance and resisting arrest.
