Registration now available for Wareham High School summer classes
Registration for the Wareham Public Schools 5th Quarter Summer School program will be held June 29 and July 6 from 8 a.m. to noon in room 115 at Wareham High School.
The summer school program will run from July 10 through Aug. 10 at the high school. There will be no registration held on the first day of school.
All classes will run Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m.
The charge for Wareham students and Upper Cape students who live in Wareham is $190 per course; $125 per course for Wareham students who qualify for free/reduced lunch. Out-of-district students pay $250 per class.
The first period runs from 8:30 to 10:10 a.m. High school classes being offered for the first session are: Algebra I, Geometry, English 9, English 11, English 12, Biology, Spanish I (online), and U.S. History 1 (Grade 10).
The second period runs from 10:15 to 11:55 a.m. for the following classes: Algebra II, Geometry, English 9, Introduction to the Physical World, World History (Grade 9), Spanish II (online), and U.S. History 2 (online).
Additional classes may be made available to students online on a first-come, first-served, case-by-case basis during registration.
Registration forms can be picked up at the Wareham High School office and guidance office, as well as the Superintendent's office in Town Hall.
