Roger Harold Tessier, 65, of West Wareham, died Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at his home after brief illness.  He was the husband of Elizabeth R. (Westgate) Tessier.

Born in Uxbridge, he was the son of Alice T. (Nolet) Tessier of W. Wareham and the late Harold G. Tessier.  

Roger attended private school and later graduated from East Coast Aero Tech in Lexington with a degree in aircraft maintenance technology.  He briefly worked for Boeing in Wichita, KS, then Bay Colony Helicopters in Plymouth.  Roger was also employed at Pocasset Machine Corp., Data Industrial in Mattapoisett and Harvey Industries in Dartmouth until his retirement.

Roger served in the Mass. Army National Guard from 1977 to 1990.  He enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and NASCAR auto racing.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth; and his mother, Alice T. Tessier both of W. Wareham.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 22 at Center Cemetery at 11 AM.
