The Wareham Free Library will delve into “The Dry” at this month’s meeting of its newly revived Mystery Book Club on Tuesday, Dec. 20 at 6 p.m.

The Mystery Book Club meets at the Library on the third Tuesday of every month. Everyone who loves mysteries is welcome and is encouraged to bring a friend. 

“The Dry” is the 2016 debut novel of Australian author Jane Harper. It tells the story of Aaron Falk, an Australian Federal Police agent who returns to his rural hometown for the funeral of his childhood best friend. When his late friend’s entire family is murdered, Falk is on the case.
