Trail along with the Wareham Land Trust

Trail day? More like trail slay. 

The Wareham Land Trust is holding a trail day Tuesday, March 10 at the Douglas S. Westgate Conservation Area, 29 Papermill Road. Guests can enjoy the hike beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 11 a.m. 

Participants can join the trust in clearing of over growth brush at the cranberry bogs, removal of fallen trees, and construction/repairment of bog boards. . The trust asks guests to bring their own work gloves. 

Tools like loppers and clippers will be provided but guests can bring their own. Water, sun screen, and appropriate winter attire is recommended. Water proof footing is strongly suggested.
