Wareham’s Wesley United Methodist Church is hosting a soup and salad supper and movie night on Saturday, Sept. 13. The dinner consists of homemade fish chowder, salad, a non-chowder soup, bread, and drinks.

The cost is a free-will donation that will go to the church operating fund. The supper is set for 5:30 p.m. Attendees are welcome to stay for a movie after dinner. The Wesley United Methodist Church is located at 462 Main St.

The church is also holding a spaghetti and meatball supper from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27. The meal includes homemade pasta, meatballs, salad, breads and dessert choices.

The cost of the dinner is $8 per person and the money is being raised for Wesley’s Mission (side room Distribution Project to better serve the community of Wareham). Those planning to attend should call (508) 273-7754.
