June is fast approaching and the Wareham Summer of Celebration 2014 Committee has finalized the list of summer events. In June, Wareham will celebrate the 200th anniversary of its role in the War of 1812 when we were attacked by the British warship, the HMS Nimrod.

In July, we will celebrate the 275th anniversary of the Incorporation of the Town, recognizing when Wareham became an official town of the Commonwealth.
