The Wareham Veterans Council will lay wreaths at locations across town on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, to commemorate local veterans.

At 8:30 a.m., the Veterans Council will lay wreaths at the Town Green, followed by Centre Cemetery at 9 a.m., St. Patrick’s Cemetery at 9:30 a.m., Agawam Cemetery at 10 a.m., Dudley Brown Square at 10:30 a.m. and Town Hall at 11 a.m. 

The Wareham Minutemen and Militia and the Wareham High School JROTC Color Guard will also participate in ceremonies.

The events are free and all are welcome to attend.
