Veteran's wall dedication at Memorial Town Hall
The citizens of Wareham are invited to attend the dedication of the newly restored Wareham Veterans Wall In the lobby of Memorial Town Hall from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m on Tuesday, March 13.
The wall has been an ongoing project over the past few years and the town is proud to announce its completion. The wall features handmade wood panels that have been installed for each war or conflict and brass name plates inscribed with the names of those Wareham citizens who served have been affixed to the panels.
In addition to the Board of Selectmen, the Town Administrator, and staff, the following individuals have confirmed their attendance at the Dedication Ceremony:
Senator Marc Pacheco, Representative Susan Williams Gifford, Veterans Agents Ed Merrigan and James Crocker, Commander Edward Costa of the Dudley L. Brown Post #2846, and Veterans Council Leader James Newman.
