To the Editor:

Hillary spoke of a “Basket of Deplorables.” On Aug. 12 in Virginia, we saw the Deplorables on full display. Shame on anyone who supported Trump. His Alt-Right, Nazi, KKK and White Nationalist friends promote hatred, violence and ignorance.

People worried that having our first black president could incite racial violence. It did not happen. So you voted for a bigoted horror of a man and he incites the violence you were so concerned about. Shame on you. Will you finally stand up and call for ridding the White House of all the white supremacists infecting it under Trump?
