Walter S. Fijalkowski, 85, of West Wareham, died Dec. 20, at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He was the husband of Nancy A. (Appleby) Fijalkowski.

Born in Chelsea, he was the son of the late Stephen & Frances (Maczewska) Fijalkowski.

Mr. Fijalkowski worked as a book binder. He was employed by Arcata Halliday Graphics and Quebecor.

Survivors include his wife; his son, Richard Martocchio and his wife, Linda, of Derry, NH; two stepsons, Kevin Oliver of West Wareham and Bruce Oliver of Plymouth; five grandchildren, Christopher and Mark Martocchio, Bruce and April Oliver, and Mikulas Jaworsky. He was predeceased by his son, Walter Martocchio and his daughter, Betty Ann Fijalkowski.
