The Fivestar Gateway Gas Station was the site of an accidental fuel spill on Thursday. 

Wareham Fire, led by Captain Mark Rogers, responded to the Cranberry Highway business where they saw a truck off-loading fuel had accidentally spilled some. 

The firefighters worked quickly to contain the spill and keep it from expanding.

The firefighters were joined on-scene by Mass Highway, the Department of Environmental Protection, Onset Fire and the Wareham Health agent.

After the team secured the spill, a private firm got to work cleaning it up.
