Wareham Land Trust to host New Bedford arborist, Feb. 25
On Saturday, Feb. 25 the Wareham Land Trust and the Wareham Garden Club will host Chance Perks, the arborist for the city of New Bedford, for a presentation about trees in cities and towns and how to manage them. This free event will be held at the Old Methodist Meeting House at 495 Main St. The presentation will begin at 10 a.m. and light refreshments will be served.
As an arborist, Perks tends to the health and beauty of the public landscape in New Bedford.
All are welcome to attend this event, but it will be particularly interesting to anyone who wants to learn more about natural landscapes and their effect on cities and towns.
