The new Marriott hotel at Rosebrook Place and owner Lafrance Hospitality Co. have earned Marriott International's award as the "best TownePlace Suites hotel opening company-wide since June 2014."

Presented at a Florida Marriott owners conference in December, the Best Opening award recognizes a hotel’s pre-and post-opening successes, including pre-bookings and guest service scores.

“We are honored to be recognized by Marriott as having the best TownePlace Suites opening company wide since 2014,” said Richard Lafrance, Lafrance Hospitality Company president and CEO. “Our teams worked so hard to meet all of the project deadlines and to ensure the hotel was opened on schedule ready to serve our guests.”

The 85-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott at 50 Rosebrook Place opened its doors to business on Friday, April 3, 2015, after 16 months of construction.

According to the Marriott evaluators, the facility was "100 percent ready when the trainers arrived" in advance of the opening and staffed with a "pro-active and energetic hotel and sales team."
