Wareham Middle School begins logo contest
The Wareham Middle School is having a contest. A student of the school can create a logo showing something about respect, which is defined by the American Heritage Dictionary as "to feel or show deferential regard for." The winning logo will be used on the shirts of the Wareham Tigers, Wareham Youth Soccer teams, cheerleaders, and the Junior Basketball Association teams. The school is holding this contest because they want more students to be respectful of their teachers and their peers.
"I think this is a brilliant idea, it will help our students so much," said sixth-grade student Caleb Cook.
Because the logo will be on team jerseys, it will show other schools how much Wareham cares about its students.
If you have a Wareham Middle School student or students, you should encourage them to create a logo.
