Wareham Police recovered an outdoor patio set worth $500 that was stolen from Shaw’s supermarket on July 12.

Police said the patio set was found in the back of a pickup truck driven by 40-year-old Robert Perry III of Wareham soon after 6 p.m. Officer Blaise Lalli stopped Perry as he was driving on High Street, approximately half a mile from the store. According to police, the patio set was returned.

Perry was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, operating after license revocation and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Perry’s will be held on trial on Sept. 3.
