Sep 4, 2017

After missing most of the indoor and outdoor seasons due to injury, Bentley University sophomore Paige Fehskens of Wareham returned to action Saturday and was the Falcons’ top finisher at Saint Anselm College’s Shacklette Invitational.

Fehskens finished the 5,000-meter course in 20:23, nearly identical to the time she posted a year ago in her collegiate debut. In both races, she placed 17th overall.

Stonehill College edged Assumption College for team honors, 31-45, while Bentley was fifth among seven teams with 126.

On Sept. 16, Bentley will run in the Bruce Kirsh Cup at the New Hampshire State Fairgrounds in Hopkinton, New Hampshire.
