Wareham police have arrested a woman suspected of distributing fentanyl. Jodi Smith, 33, of no certain address, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. during a vehicle stop on Main Street. Police found a quantity of suspected fentanyl in her possession. Smith was charged with two counts of trafficking of a Class A substance, distributing a Class A substance, and possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance.

Smith was held overnight at Wareham Police headquarters on $10,000 cash bail before being transported to Wareham District Court for arraignment on Friday morning.
