The Gleason Family YMCA will be hosting a trunk or treat from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30.

The Y is inviting kids to come in costume for an afternoon of trick or treating in the YMCA parking lot, located at 3 Charge Pond Rd.

Participation will be free, although “a non-perishable food donation would be BOO-tiful,” according to a Facebook post from Y.

The YMCA is also looking for “truck sponsors” for the event. 

“Get family or friends together to decorate your vehicle in a scary, silly, or funny theme & have fun handing out treats to kids,” the Y said in the post. 

There will be prizes for the vehicle with the best decorations.
