The Fairhaven Housing Authority is seeking a highly motivated, responsible individual to fill this full-time 37.5 hour per week position of Resident Service Coordinator. The candidate must have experience working with the referenced population and familiarity with the services and resources that enable said population to live and function independently and age in place. The coordinator will provide leadership and structure for social, educational, and recreational programs. Minimum qualifications include: two years of progressive experience in a field of social service, excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. The position will consist of developing tools for needs assessments, building community partnerships, and executing a variety of events and programs on or off site. Must possess Massachusetts driver's license. Candidates will be subject to a criminal background check. Salary is negotiable depending upon experience. No phone calls please.
