The Emmanuel Church of the Nazarene youth group will hold a yard sale on Sept. 25 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church, located at 6 Rogers Ave.

The yard sale is a fundraising effort so the teens in the youth group can attend the Nazarene Youth Conference in Louisville, Ky. next July, which will cost between $1,400 and $1,600 per person.

The theme of the conference is "A World Unbroken." The teens will seek to understand the brokenness of the world, discovering effective ways to respond and bring hope and healing to the world around them.
