"Blossoms by the Bay" is the theme for the Wareham Garden Club's annual tour. And this "Gateway Garden Stroll" begins at the Wareham Free Library at 59 Marion Road!

The tours take place July 15 and 16 from 10 am to 3 pm. Visit six lovely gardens with views of the bay, hear a Master Gardner speak, watch artists and crafters work, enjoy a box lunch and more.

Tickets are on sale at both the Main and Spinney Branch libraries for $22 in advance or $25 on the day of the tour. Box lunches may also be pre-ordered for $12. For more information contact jwdgady@comcast.net or call 508-295-3161.

The Library has always had a strong relationship with the Garden Club whose members recently helped to rehabilitate the Mary Jane Pillsbury Courtyard for the Library's 25th anniversary celebration.
