Wareham Middle School Sends Care Packages to the Troops
Jan 18, 2010
On January 28, Wareham Middle School will send care packages to our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Students are collecting donations of food, electronics, writing material, personal-care items, games, and letters to the troops. Each item the students bring in counts as a point for their school house - Douglass, Franklin, and Nobel. The house earning the most points will win bragging
rights.
“I think the troops will feel really good and loved because even though they are all the way across the seas they know that people are still caring about them” said student Robert Gallus.
If somebody wants to help, they can call or send items to Wareham Middle School to make a soldier’s life better!
