Marie P. (Paulo) Andrews, 94, of Wareham, died Sept. 21 at Kindred Transitional Care at Forestview in Wareham. She was the wife of the late Peter Andrews, Sr.

Born in Taunton, she was the daughter of the late John and Antonia (Perry) Paulo.

Mrs. Andrews worked as a private housekeeper for several area families. She was also a seasonal employee for Ocean Spray and loved dancing and music.

She is survived by her daughter, Lynette A. Murdock of Onset; her sons, Peter Andrews, Jr. of Wareham and Joel J. Andrews of Melbourne, Florida; her sister, Sylvina Fernandes of Taunton; her grandchildren, Christopher Andrews, Aimee Sarnie, Sarah LaRosa, Kyle Andrews, Kayla Murdock, and Keith Murdock, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, the late John Paulo, Jr., Adelino Paulo, Adeline Paulo, and Louise Paulo.

Her funeral will be from the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Margaret’s Church, Main Street, Buzzards Bay at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
