Paul J. Williams, 99, of Buzzards Bay, died May 7, 2011 in Beth Israel
Deaconess Hospital, Boston. He was the husband of the late Rita S. Williams and the late Frances Williams.

He was born in Boston and lived in Braintree, Wareham, and Marion for many years before moving to Buzzards Bay.

Mr. Williams was a supervisor at A& P Supermarket in Braintree.

Survivors include a son, Paul J. Williams, Jr. & his wife Elizabeth of Plymouth; a
granddaughter; a step-daughter, Rita Lydell & her husband Ronald of Linden, NJ; 2 nieces, Beverly Moore & her husband John of Brewster and Geralyn Eskholme & her husband William of East Dennis. Another son, Robert J. Williams predeceased him.

His funeral will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 from the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., Wareham, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rita’s Church, Front St., Marion. Burial will follow in Plain Street Cemetery, Braintree.
