Upper Cape Tech students place in SkillsUSA competition

Brian Thrasher of Wareham, a junior at Upper Cape Tech, won a gold medal in the Diesel Engines competition at the Massachusetts SkillsUSA state competition held in Marlborough, Massachusetts on April 30, 2011. The gold medal qualifies Thrasher to represent Massachusetts at the SkillsUSA national competition in June in Kansas City, Missouri.  Upper Cape Tech won 14 other medals at the state competition.
