Applications are now being accepted for financial help in starting new community events in Wareham and Onset this year. Information about the application process is available in the Selectman’s office at Town Hall or on the Wareham town website: http://www.wareham.ma.us/files

Links to download the documents will be under the Community Events Committee in the alphabetical listing of town committees. The Wareham Community Events Committee's mission is to support programs developed by nonprofit or town-sponsored organizations.

This financial assistance is intended to help start and establish an event, but the end goal is for the event to become self-sustaining. For more information, call Linda Gay at 508-295-9039.
