'Pollinator Exposition' set for April 21

The Wareham Land Trust will hold a “Pollinator Exposition” on April 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club, located at 13 Highland Ave. The free event is an opportunity for nature loving community members to come together and learn how to cultivate the perfect environment for pollinators such as bees and butterflies.

Keynote speaker Blake Dinius, an entomologist, will make a presentation on native pollinators and the conservation of these species at 11 a.m.Other exhibitors highlighting information about pollinators will include Butterflies of Cape Cod, U. Mass Cranberry Station, and Ivyee’s Everything Honey.

The event will be held in partnership with the Wareham Garden Club and the Wareham Boys & Girls Club.
