Wareham EMS transported one person to Tobey Hospital with minor injuries following a two-vehicle accident on Onset Avenue at Fresh Meadow Drive, which occurred just after 9 a.m. Friday.

A black sedan and a red pick-up truck were involved in the crash, with most of the damage to the driver's side of the sedan. The operator of the sedan was treated by EMS at the scene and transported to the hospital, said Onset Fire Captain Howard Andersen.

The driver of the pick-up was uninjured and left the scene in his vehicle. The sedan was towed from the scene.

The sedan caused damage to a fence in front of a nearby house and ended up in the yard facing Onset Avenue. It is unclear what caused the crash.

Wareham Police directed traffic around the incident. Delays were minimal.
