The Onset Cape Verdean Festival Committee will be holding a Mother's Day Brunch on Sunday, May 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Dudley L. Brown VFW, located at 4 Gibbs Ball Park Road.

DJ Lady "K" Productions will provide music for the event.

The event will raise funds for this year's Cape Verdean Festival, scheduled for August 11 at the Band Shell in Onset.
