A presentation on "Winter Moth Treatment" will follow the regularly scheduled business portion of the Garden Club's monthly meeting being held on May 10 at 9:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall at the First Congregational Church on Gibbs Avenue.

Michael Paduch, owner of Crystal Lake Greenhouses and Garden Shops of Carver, will be the presenter and will share his knowledge and experience for spring plantings. Items will be available for purchase at the conclusion of the presentation. Guests are welcome to attend at no charge.

The Garden Club will be holding their annual Spring Plant and Bake Sale on Saturday, May 19 and a coastal tour of gardens in Wareham and Onset entitled "Gardens Ashore" on Friday, June 29 and Saturday, June 30.

Members are also encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to the monthly meetings which will be donated to a local food pantry.
