Wareham voters will bubble in their decision for president, senator and house representative as well as seven other open seats and five laws on Election Day, Nov. 5.

Just below their presidential selection, Wareham residents will mark their choice for senator; selecting either Democrat Elizabeth Warren or Republican challenger to the incumbent, John Deaton. In the House of Representatives, voters will choose Democratic incumbent Bill Keaton or his Republican opponent, Dan Sullivan.

Closer to home, Warehamites will also make their picks for state senator and state representative. For the latter, only one name appears on the ballot, Republican John Gaskey. His opponent, Democrat Sarah Hewins, is running a write-in campaign for the state representative seat previously held by Susan Williams Gifford.

Candidates for councillor, clerk of courts, register of deeds, county commissioner and school committee are also on the ballot.

Voters will also vote yes or no on five proposed laws: The first one on the ballot, if passed, would allow the state auditor to audit the State Legislature.

The second proposal asks voters to keep or get rid of MCAS as a high school graduation requirement. The third, if passed, would allow transportation network drivers, such as Uber drivers, to form unions.

The fourth proposed law would allow Massachusetts residents over the age of 21 to grow limited amounts of certain psychedelic substances and use them under supervision. Finally, Wareham voters will mark yes or no for a law that would gradually and annually increase tipped workers wages, matching minimum wage by 2029.

Early voting began Oct. 19 and will end Oct. 31. Any registered voter wishing to vote early can do so from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Town Hall, located at 54 Marion Road.

On Election Day, Nov. 5, voting begins at 7 a.m and ends at 8 p.m. Residents must vote at their assigned polling station determined by their precinct.

Precincts one and six vote at Town Hall at 54 Marion Road.

Precincts two and three vote at Ethel E. Hammond School at 13 Highland Ave. in Onset.

Precincts four and five vote at Redman Hall at 845 Main St. in West Wareham.
