Police conduct multiple drug busts resulting in two arrests
Police conducted drug busts at multiple locations in town Tuesday, Feb. 11 resulting in the arrest of two residents and finding half a kilogram of what they believe to be cocaine.
Police executed six search warrants during the drug busts seizing drug paraphernalia and cash as well as the suspected cocaine.
As a result of the investigation, Alvin Pitts, 45, of Wareham and Stefanie Dors, 54, of Wareham were both placed into custody without incident as a result of the busts.
Pitts was charged with trafficking cocaine over 200 grams and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance.
Pitts was arrested and served a sentence for a 2009 drug trafficking case.
Dors was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance. She was arraigned and released Monday, Feb. 10 after being arrested Friday, Feb. 7 for a narcotic related offense.
