Anne Marie Kiley, 78, former secretary to Wareham Town Administrator
Anne Marie (Keefe) Kiley, 78, of West Wareham, died Jan. 17, at the Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham, after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Augustine C. Kiley.
Born in Providence, R.I., she was the daughter of the late Thomas A. & Gertrude B. (Malone) Keefe. A previous resident of Nashua, N.H., Mrs. Kiley moved to Wareham in 1985.
Mrs. Kiley was secretary to the town administrator for the Town of Wareham for many years. She was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Church in Wareham. She enjoyed poetry and classic movies, but most importantly, she enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and loved being a homemaker and mom.
She is survived by her son, John E. Marino of Sandwich; her daughters, Catherine M. Marino of Wareham, Martha E. Fernandes of West Wareham, and Lisa M. Marino of Somerville; 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her children, Susan Ricketson, Anthony Marino, Kathleen Marino, Michael Marino and Anne Marie Marino, and her sisters, Mary Dunn and Dayle Heinz.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Jan. 25, at St. Patrick’s Church, High Street, Wareham, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Mass. National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours have been omitted.
