Carver resident Linda Brookfield will perform a benefit Organ Concert at the East Rochester Church/Museum, 355 County Road on Sunday, May 23 at 3 p.m. All funds raised will be used to repair and begin restoration of the 1893 Vocalion organ which was donated to the church by Mr. and Mrs. Almon Stone of Wareham. Very few of these vintage Vocalion organs still exist today in Massachusetts. Tickets for the concert are $10 and may be purchased by calling Fran at 508-295-9588 or Betty at 508-763-2724. A light supper will be served following the concert.
