Just in time for National Poetry Month, on Tuesday, May 21, five Massachusetts poets take the stage for a poetry round robin at Stone Church Cafe presented by First Congregational Church of Wareham.

It will take place at 11 Gibbs Avenue. The cafe begins with a light meal at 6:30 p.m., followed by a performance at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. 

The event will include five “darn good poets” from Massachusetts: Barbara Siegel Carlson, Stephen HAven, MAry Kane, Carla Panciera and Scott Withiam. Withiam is a former Wareham resident who now lives in Marblehead. 

The Arts at the Stone Church events provide a safe and welcoming space that celebrates the diversity of the Southcoast, introduces neighbors to one another, builds respect and support across difference, and highlights local and regional emerging and experienced artists of all ages.
