On Aug. 27 at the Onset VFW Pavilion on Gibbs Ball Park Road, there will be a Family Fun Day Pig Roast from 2 to 8 p.m. Tickets cost $10.

There will be food, raffles, T-shirts for sale, basketball, horseshoes, flag football and more.

Proceeds will go to the Wareham Boys and Girls Club and the Plymouth County DARE Summer Camp.
