Buzzards Bay Coalition to hold Itty Bitty Bay Explorers program in April

The Buzzards Bay Coalition will hold its Itty Bitty Bay Explorers program, beginning April 6.

The four-outing program will take place on Wednesday mornings, from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m., at various places around Wareham. It will feature hands-on activities, games, and stories meant to teach families with young kids.

During outdoor explorations, families should dress to get wet and possibly sandy.

The dates and locations of the expeditions are as follows:

  • Wednesday, April 6: Introduction to Exploration at the Wareham Land Trust office (219 Main St. Suite E, 2nd Floor, Wareham)
  • Wednesday, April 13: Beach & Salt Marsh Discovery at Lyman Reserve (110 Red Brook Rd., Plymouth)
  • Wednesday, April 20: Cranberry Bog Discovery at Douglas S. Westgate Conservation Area (29 Papermill Rd., Wareham)
  • Wednesday, April 27: Field & Farm Exploration at East Over Reservation (196 Clapp Rd., Rochester)
