Buzzards Play Productions will be putting on “The Addams Family”, a musical comedy, beginning Thursday, Oct. 29 at 8 p.m.

The show is based upon characters created by Charles Addams, and depicts a ghoulish American family with an affinity for all things macabre. However, Wednesday is now engaged to a young man from Ohio, and uncharacteristically asks her family to try to be “normal” for just one night.

The following performances are Friday, Oct. 30 at 8 p.m., a special Halloween performance on Saturday, Oct. 31 at 9 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 1 at 2 p.m. On Nov. 6 and 7, the show is at 8 p.m., with a Sunday matinee Nov. 8 at 2 p.m.

Performances will be held at the theatre at 3065 Cranberry Hwy.

The show is appropriate for children 6 years of age up and adults.
