Chalk it in on your calendar: the Chalk-Full-O-Fun festival is coming back to the streets and the sidewalks of Onset.

The festival will take place on Saturday, August 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a rain date the following day. It will take place at the Lillian Gregerman Bandshell.

There will be music at the bandshell, artists crowded around their sidewalk artworks and vendors set up at their stalls.

Artists can register for a sidewalk square for $5. This will include a box of 36-count colorful soft pastel chalk.

Crafters can register for a space at the juried craft fair for $65. This year, the festival will accept a larger number of crafters than in previous years.

Community organizations can register for $25 to provide information to share with the public; a limited number will be accepted.
