Charles S. Cardoza, Jr., 25, of Onset passed away unexpectedly at home on January 7, 2017. He was the beloved son of Charles S. Cardoza Sr. and Tammy M. (Westgate) Cardoza.

Born in Falmouth, Charles was a life-long resident of Onset. He was a big Star Wars and New England Patriots fan. He enjoyed watching CNN, going to Foxwoods and scratching tickets. He loved life and having fun, and loved spending time with his Nana as well as his family and friends.

Survivors include his parents, Charles S. Cardoza, Sr. & Tammy M. (Westgate) Cardoza of Onset; his sister, Paula Cardoza of Boston; his nana, Eleanor Westgate of Onset; his uncle, Jake Westgate and aunt, Carrie Hill both of Onset, as well as several other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his grandparents, the late Manuel and Antonia Cardoza of Bourne.

His funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., Wareham. It will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church, 82 High St., Wareham. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Visiting hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday at Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home.
