'Frond' of gardening and horticulture? 

The Wareham Garden Club will host their monthly meeting at the St. Patrick's Hall on 82 High Street Thursday, Sept. 11 starting at 9:30 a.m.

Meetings generally start with an inform social time at 9 a.m. with group updates and featured programs follow at 9:30 a.m.

The program for September will be “ Horticultural Displays,” presented bygroup members and critiqued by the club’s qualified judges.

The club offers programs and workshops presented by master gardeners, floral designers, horticulturalists and more. Town gardens maintained by the club include locations on Main Street, and the lighthouses near the Wareham Police Station.
