The Wareham Free Library’s Mystery Book Club will discuss the book “Open and Shut” by David Rosenfelt on Tuesday, July 18 at 6 p.m.

“Open and Shut” is the first in a series of mystery novels revolving around the acerbic defense attorney Andy Carpenter and his beloved golden retriever Tara. When Andy’s father dies suddenly, it’s up to Carpenter to solve a murder that threatens to tear his city apart. 

The Mystery Book Club meets on the third Tuesday of every month.
