The 2017 Fall Town Meeting officially has a date: Oct. 23 at 7 p.m.

The date of the meeting was voted on at Tuesday's Board of Selectmen meeting.

The deadline to submit articles for the warrant is Sept. 7. Around a dozen articles have already been submitted, Chair Peter Teitelbaum said. He anticipates that there will be more than 20 articles on the Town Meeting warrant.
