Four arrested at two different car stops in Wareham
Four people were arrested for alleged use and distribution of drugs, during two separate car stops Wednesday, the Wareham Police Department said.
Police said they arrested Joseph Lemay, 30, of Wareham, at 4:30 p.m., who was allegedly in possession of 1 gram of cocaine, while he was a passenger in a car at a car stop on Marion Road.
Later, at 8:30 p.m., police said detectives stopped a car on Main Street at Station Street, and noticed drug paraphernalia, including syringes and spoons on the floor of the car. Police said investigation showed the driver, Alexis Rose, 20, was driving with a suspended license; passenger Logan St. Germaine, 27, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest; and passenger Theodore Ikkela, 26, was found to be in possession of Suboxone strips, a class B substance.
Police said all four arrested were arraigned in the Wareham Fourth District Court on Thursday, Jan. 7.
