The dust raised from construction next to the Wareham Elementary School will settle within the next four to five months, leaving four single-family homes in its place. 

The lots at 65,68,73 and 77 Minot Avenue were sold in Aug. 2022 from the Narrows Condominium Trust to the company of developer Glen Priolo, for a total sale price of $395,200. 

Priolo said the original plan was to reorganize the lots and build three two-family units, but the zoning didn’t work out, and so the company is building on the lots as bought. 

The homes will be complete within the next four to five months, at which time they will be available for sale, he said. 

Priolo added the tree cover between the property and the school will remain. 

“You’ll never know these houses are going to be there from this side,” he said.
